By clearly setting out your wishes, a Will also assists in eliminating or minimising any potential conflict arising in relation to your estate following your death.  It also ensures your debts are dealt with, includes instructions relating to your funeral arrangements and helps ensure your estate is dealt with as quickly as possible.

Without a valid Will, your estate will be dealt with in accordance with the laws of intestacy.  It is therefore important to have a valid Will in place to ensure your estate is dealt with according to your wishes.
